The data
The app presents open data published by the City of Edmonton and Strathcona County. We sync it regularly but do not control it: records can be late, corrected, or incomplete at the source. Assessed values are the cities' published assessments, not market-value estimates. Nothing in the app — including AI-written property reports — is professional, legal, or real-estate advice. Verify anything that matters with the city's own records.
Accounts
Free accounts exist to keep your searches and reports together. Fair-use limits apply (shown in the app). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Property Values Pro
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly, prices shown in the app) billed through your App Store account. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store subscription settings. Server-side abuse caps continue to apply to unlimited features.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information shown in the app.
